DC Carpentry & Construction was founded on a simple principle: deliver high-quality workmanship, honest advice and a building service that homeowners can genuinely rely on.

Based in Chorley and working throughout Lancashire, we specialise in extensions, complete home renovations, structural alterations, kitchen renovation and fitting, bespoke carpentry, staircases, loft and garage conversions. Our clients choose us because we offer far more than traditional building services.

We provide a complete turnkey solution, managing every stage of your project under one roof. From initial concepts and planning and building regulation drawings, through to building regulations, construction and final completion. We coordinate every detail to ensure your project runs smoothly.

Unlike many contractors, we carry out our work as one in-house team. Project managed, giving our clients one point of contact throughout the build.

We provide a complete turnkey building service, managing every stage of your project under one roof.

From initial concepts, planning and Building Regulations drawings through to construction, finishing and final handover, we coordinate every detail to keep your project progressing smoothly.

Much of the work is completed by our own skilled team, allowing us to maintain consistent workmanship and careful quality control. We also coordinate with architects, structural engineers, Building Control and specialist trades where required, giving you one trusted team and one clear point of contact throughout the build.

We sort the paperwork

Drawings, the structural engineer and Building Control, so you don’t have to chase any of it. If the Party Wall Act applies, we’ll explain what it means for you and your neighbours before anything starts.

We build it

Dale and the team on site, Natasha keeping you up to date the whole way.

Handover Finished and signed off, with Building Control sorted and everything cleared away.
