Questions
Quick questions
Do you charge for a site visit?
No. The site visit and the quotation are both free, with no obligation.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of what you’d like, and any photos or plans if you have them. If you’re not sure what you want yet, that’s fine too. Working it out is part of the visit.
Can I send photos first?
Yes, please do. Pop them in the form, or WhatsApp them to 07930 801736. It helps us understand the job before we come round.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. If you need a visit outside those hours, just ask and we’ll do our best.
If yours isn’t here, give us a ring on 01257 543082.
