Staying in Euxton, with the space you need
If you’ve already got a house in Euxton and it’s getting tight, look at what you could do with the one you’ve got before you start looking at moving.
That might be an extension for a bigger kitchen and a downstairs loo. It might be knocking through to open up the ground floor. Or it might be a full renovation of a house you bought because of where it is, not what it’s like inside. We do all three.
Planning in Euxton
Euxton is in Chorley borough, so planning goes to Chorley Council. Many rear extensions are permitted development, but every house is different, so we’ll check yours on the site visit.

Work like this
Three of our builds. The full stories go up as Natasha’s photographs come in.
A 1950s semi, opened up and renovated top to bottom
Stripped right back, the downstairs opened up and rebuilt as a bright family home, with carpentry made for it room by room.

From abandoned 1950s house to five-bedroom family home
This house had been left empty for years, and three bedrooms and one bathroom became five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
See the build
A single-storey kitchen extension, matched brick for brick
The whole point was that you can’t tell where the original house stops and the extension starts.
