What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the town or postcode of the property, the details of your project and any photos or plans you choose to send.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and give you a quotation. If you become a customer, we use it to manage your project. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who sees it

Only us, and the companies that host this website and our email, which store it for us. We never sell your details, and we don’t use them for marketing unless you’ve asked us to.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Those cookies are only set if you click Accept analytics on the cookie banner. One small essential cookie remembers your choice. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email info@dcspaces.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
